When asked about their 2010 hourly staff on a "per ton basis"

               4%..... said will go up significantly (> 10%)

         18%... said will go up moderately (< 5%)

         49%... said it will stay the same

         19%... said it will go down moderately (> 5%)

         5%..... said it will go down significantly (> 10%)

33% of respondents do not offer tuitiion reimbursement for colledge courses


37% said they will not be hiring salaried or hourly staff in 2010


51% said work ethics had gone up in the last 10 years


83% said they would prefer to manage an open shop
